How do I report a problem with eVision
To report a problem with eVision:
- Log in to eVision.
- Check your status in eVision under My details on the home page or under My Programmes and papers to see your enrolment status.
- If you have other issues trying to use eVision, contact AskOtago.
If you attempt to log in to eVision multiple times with the incorrect credentials, you will be locked out of the system. Refer to the related article: Locked out of eVision for more information about this.
