The University of Otago's Dunedin campus grounds may be used and booked for private events, which are not part of the University's or OUSA's operations.
Requests are subject to approval by the Property Services division, and may not be approved if events are found to be in breach of the University's guidelines. Further information may be requested.

University and OUSA staff are also encouraged to make a request if they wish to the use campus grounds for any events outside of the University/OUSA's operations. This is to ensure there are no clashes with bookings.
Any requests received about holding a wedding on campus grounds should be referred to the Registrar's Office:
