This service is available to University of Otago alumni who want to update their contact details with the University's Development & Alumni Relations Office.

How do I update alumni details

To update your contact details:

  1. Complete the Update your contact details form.
  2. Ensure you select one of the Communication preferences.

Changes or unsubscribe requests can also be emailed to: database.alumni@otago.ac.nz

Correspondence for the University of Otago Magazine can be emailed to: mag.editor@otago.ac.nz

If the Alum cannot access the online form or does not want to email they can call +64 3 479 4516 and update over the phone.
