The OUSA Student Support Hub is dedicated to ensuring a seamless student experience. The service is both free and confidential, providing a friendly environment for all students.
Student Support provides assistance on matters such as:
- Accommodation pastoral care
- Advocacy (such as Learning Support Advocacy)
- Complaints (student grievance and complaints resolution support)
- Education Quality Support Network
- Financial support and advice (such as the Student Relief Fund)
- Other pastoral care (e.g. cultural or religious support, mental health and wellbeing, disability advocacy, class representatives)
- Queer support and pastoral care
OUSA Student Support is located at 5 Ethel Benjamin Place, Dunedin, and is open from 9am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
