eVision is the University of Otago's student management system and is your "one stop shop" for study-related information.
How do I report a problem with eVision
If you are a student unable to find tabs or pages in eVision:
- First, log in to eVision.
- You may not have full access to all of the features within eVision if you have not yet completed the enrolment process or are a debtor to the University
- You can check your enrolment status under My details on the home page or under My Programmes and papers.
If you have other issues using eVision, contact AskOtago to log the fault or investigate the issue further.
Note that if you attempt to log in to eVision multiple times with the incorrect credentials, you will be locked out of the system for an hour.
