The Centre for Innovation (CFI) has two rooms available for booking:
- The Board Room – maximum capacity of 12 people
- The Seminar Room – maximum capacity 50 people
The Foyer Area is also available for bookings in the evenings and weekends.
Both the Board Room and Seminar Room include fixed, mounted data projection equipment. A Polycom unit and electronic whiteboard are available on an as-available basis.
How do I book a Centre for Innovation room
Internal (University of Otago) customers
- Decide which room you want to book.
- Email: cfiotago@otago.ac.nz to request the booking.
External customers
- Review the Room booking information for external customers (PDF 75KB) for the hire charges.
- Email: cfiotago@otago.ac.nz to request the booking.
After your booking
- Return tables and chairs to the original room layout
- If catering was used, leave the room clean and tidy
- Place glasses, dishes, and any other items in the kitchen dishwashers
