There are two rooms that can be booked in the CFI:
- The Board Room (maximum capacity 12 people)
- The Seminar Room (maximum capacity 50 people)
How do I book a Centre for Innovation room
To book one of these rooms:
Internal (University of Otago) customers
- Decide which room you wish to book:
- The Foyer Area is also available in the evenings and weekends
- Both the seminar room and board room include fixed mounted data projection equipment, and the use of a polycom unit and electronic whiteboard on an as-available basis.

External customers

Before you leave, replace the tables and chairs to the original room layout.
If you had catering, make sure the room is clean and tidy, with glasses and dishes etc. put in the kitchen dishwashers.
