OneDrive allows you to automatically sync files across multiple devices, easily collaborate on shared documents, and edit Microsoft Office files through a web browser on any device. 

How do I access OneDrive

To access OneDrive:

Students

  1. Log in to your StudentMail at otago.ac.nz/studentmail
  2. Click on the small squares icon in the top left corner of the screen and choose OneDrive from the menu.
  3. You can now view and use all the files stored in your OneDrive.

Staff

  1. Go to Office.com and sign in with your University credentials.
  2. Click on the small squares icon in the top left corner of the screen and choose OneDrive from the menu.
  3. You can now view and use all the files stored in your OneDrive.
