The University of Otago offers a number of entrance scholarships which can help pay for University study or residential accommodation expenses. You can apply to defer your entrance scholarship for up to one year.

How do I cancel the request to defer my entrance scholarship

If you would like to cancel the request to defer your entrance scholarship:

  1. Go to the Scholarships tab in eVision.

  2. Locate your scholarship under the My applications and awards heading.

  3. Click Manage deferral request.

  4. Click Cancel request.

The Entrance Scholarships team will then notify you once your request has been reviewed.
