You will be provided with a hard copy transcript when you graduate, as well as access to a digital copy through My eQuals.

Some transcripts or certificates may not be available digitally. If you:

  • Studied prior to 1977
  • Studied at the Dunedin College of Education prior to 2007
  • Studied Kindergarten study prior to 1974

You will need to request a hard copy academic transcript.

These transcripts are free of charge (postage/courier fees still apply) and may take 10–15 working days to process.

If you receive a request for an academic transcript for students who studied between 1977 and 1993, complete ID verification and assign it to the Student Administration — Records Management General queue. Advise the student that their query is currently with the Student Records team.

If the student studied at the Dunedin College of Education prior to 2007, they will not be able to be IDed in eVision, so collect the ID points and assign to the Student Administration — Records Management General queue.

If My eQuals is not accepted, and a hard copy transcript is requested, the cost is $40 plus any postage, per transcript. Note that this information is not advertised publicly and the service is only offered in limited circumstances.
