International students must pay tuition fees in advance for student visas. Details of the fees are provided in the offer letter. If students inquire about paying fees before receiving an invoice, they should check their offer and follow the provided link for instructions.

Enquiries from international students regarding their student visa should be escalated to the Student Visa team by emailing student.visa@otago.ac.nz

Enquiries from international students requiring a tuition fees receipt for visa purposes are assigned to Student Finance. The categories when assigning to Student Finance are: Tuition Fees – Receipts – International.

The receipts that students can obtain themselves through eVision are not suitable for visa application purposes.
