If you are a distance student and are moving somewhere else, meaning your nearest exam centre will change, you can request to change your exam venue.
How do I change an examination venue
If you are moving and your study address (and subsequently your nearest exam centre) will change, you can apply to change your examination venue:
- Email: examinations@otago.ac.nz at least ten working days before the examination.
- Provide documentation with your application to verify your circumstances.
- The new venue needs to be already booked for distance learning exams for this request to be approved.
Examination venue variations for distance learning students are assessed by the Student Administration team.
