Study Abroad and exchange students receive a free electronic copy of their University of Otago transcript. This is sent directly to their sending institution/agent/sponsor.
You do not need to sign up for My eQuals for this and pay the NZ$30 fee – if this fee is paid, it cannot be refunded.

If you are a former Study Abroad or exchange student and your home institution/agent/sponsor has not received a copy of your electronic transcript, email:

- Exchange – inbound.exchange@otago.ac.nz
Transcripts cannot be issued for students who are debtors to the University.
