eVision is the University of Otago's student management system and is your "one stop shop" for study-related information. eVision is accessible anytime, anywhere, using the internet, and mobile devices.

Through eVision you can:

  • Apply to study
  • Track the status of your application
  • Complete course enrolment each year, including selecting your papers
  • View your fees account
  • Maintain your personal details
  • See your course details and academic record
  • View your study timetable
  • Check your exam results and apply for various exam-related processes
  • Apply to graduate

You will also receive important messages and alerts from the University through eVision.

On application, you will use your personal email address to log in to eVision. When you have completed your course declaration, a new username will be generated for you. You will need to supply a New Zealand mobile phone number to receive a temporary password and following your first log in, you will create a permanent password.

Future students may recover passwords using the Forgotten your password link. Current students may use the Identity Self Service Console to reset any forgotten passwords:
