If you have been accepted for an Otago Global Student Exchange Programme, you will need to have your exchange paper (EXCH000) added by University staff.
Before this can occur, you need to complete course enrolment and paper selection, by only selecting the papers that will be taught at Otago and leaving the semester/s that you are going on exchange blank. Select Save and exit on the Review and submit page.
When the Student Exchange team receive your signed Exchange Learning Agreement, the EXCH000 paper/s will be added. You will receive an alert in eVision when this has been done.
Once you receive the alert, log in to eVision and complete the course enrolment declaration.
If you need to take 400-level papers for your University of Otago degree while on exchange, you should discuss it with your department and check with a Student Exchange Adviser about suitable destinations before you apply.
Not all destinations are available for graduate level exchange.
