Official communications to students are managed by the Communications Office. Any mass communication to students should conform to University of Otago policy.

On request, AskOtago can undertake outbound communications to students on behalf of other areas. Once enrolled, all email communications are sent to the student email address. Text messages are sent to the mobile phone number listed in their eVision portal.

If you need to send an email to a specific group of students for research or other purposes, email the Director, Student Services, at: student.services@otago.ac.nz
