Access a transcript for pre-1993 study

If you studied prior to 1993, your transcript will be available digitally on My eQuals. However, you will need to make a request to access this.

1. Email your request to: university@otago.ac.nz including your:
   • Full name, including any middle name/s (as listed at the time you studied)
   • Date of birth
   • Programme of study
   • Last year at the University of Otago
   • Preferred email address for the confirmation email to be sent or if we need to request further information (if you've already set up a My eQuals account, provide the email address you use to log in)
2. Your transcript will be uploaded to My eQuals.
3. An email will notify that your document is ready to view.
