The late course declaration fee relates to your late acceptance of the course enrolment declaration. The declaration is a legal statement that you will abide by the University of Otago's rules and that you accept responsibility for payment of fees and is the final stage of the course enrolment process.
You are advised of the due date for completing your declaration via an alert in your eVision portal.

Late declaration fees are managed by the Course Management team.
If a student wishes to dispute the late declaration fee, they will need to contact AskOtago and provide supporting documentation.
Assign these requests to the Student Administration – Course Management General queue in CRSM.
