If you can't find your paper in Blackboard, this may be because:
- The paper co-ordinator hasn't made the paper available to students yet.
- Not all lecturers use Blackboard for teaching. Your lecturer will tell you if they are using Blackboard for your paper. If you have recently enrolled, it can take a day or two before your access to Blackboard becomes active.

Troubleshooting Blackboard Issues
When students contact us because they have not yet been added to Blackboard for their papers, make sure you check first that they have admission to the University completed off, have no outstanding tasks or requests, and are fully enrolled in their papers. Not all areas or coordinators are able to add students to Blackboard, particularly in HSFY papers.
