If a survey includes personal information covered by the Health Information Privacy Code (HIPC), the Privacy Act, or Ethics Committee requirements that specify a secure survey tool, use REDCap survey software instead:
Qualtrics survey data is stored within the Qualtrics system which is outside of the University.
