The University of Otago's lecture theatres each have a shared file, known as a drop box, into which you can upload your documents, presentations, and other files. You can transfer the file across the University of Otago network to the local lecture theatre shared file to enable you to present these directly from the facilities within the lecture theatre. You can also show your PowerPoint presentation in a pool lecture theatre/seminar room by plugging your USB drive into the lecture theatre/seminar room computer.
