Syncplicity Sync & Share is a file sharing and storage service that:

  • Allows you and your colleagues to securely access your files online (even if your work computers are turned off)
  • Keeps your files securely synchronised and up-to-date across all your computers and devices as well as on the computers of people you've shared them with
  • Stores your files securely in the University of Otago data centres

University of Otago staff, postgraduate students, and people with external usernames can all use Syncplicity. The service is not available to undergraduate students. There is no cost to individuals for using the Syncplicity service.
