The University of Otago is committed to providing a safe and fair environment. Complaints are treated seriously and the University will attempt to resolve them in a timely manner.

Students can undertake a grievance where a complaint exists, whether this is due to ethical behaviour, staff misconduct, or a complaint about another student.

Staff should seek advice from Human Resources where complaints against other staff members may arise.
