Residential Colleges

The Student Placement and Activities Fee is due within 14 days of receiving an offer to the residential college. If you wish to discuss this payment, contact the residential college directly after receipt of an offer letter. Note that this will need to be received as a lump sum.

Students can withdraw from their place at most residential colleges prior to 1 February and receive a 50% refund of the Student Placement and Activities Fee (excludes St Margaret's College). After this date, the Fee is non-refundable.

The Student Placement and Activities Fee will be fully refundable if a student does not achieve university entrance.

Students who do not receive admission into Bachelor of Teaching (BTchg) or Bachelor of Oral Health are entitled to a 100% refund of the Student Placement and Activities Fee.

Students who do gain entrance into Radiation Therapy (based at the Wellington campus) are entitled to a 100% refund of the Student Placement and Activities Fee.
