If your favourite Otago Blogs site has an RSS link button, some web browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari) and email clients (Outlook or Mail) have feed readers which can subscribe to them and download new content. To add an RSS feed to your browser or email client’s feed reader, click on the RSS link button on the Otago Blogs page.
Who is this available to
Staff members who have Administration privileges for the blog.
- Select Widgets under the Appearance link in your Site Administration menu.
- Drag the RSS Feed Links widget from the Available Widgets list to the sidebar.
If you don't have RSS Feed Links as a valid option in your Available Widgets list, you may need to activate the plug-in on your blog:
- Select Installed under the Plug-ins link in your Site Administration menu.
- Click on Activate underneath the RSS Feed Links option.
You should now have RSS Feed Links as an available plug-in.
