The Learning and Development team within Human Resources can support both professional and academic staff in making the best use of widely available generic IT systems and software to enhance the work you do and the service you provide.
Our IT systems trainers aid staff in improving computer-related, work effectiveness by running scheduled courses, co-ordinating training material and programmes, and providing training advice. We can work with groups and teams advising and educating on effective use of tools to enhance collaborative work practice.
