Who is this available to

This service is accessible to most students undertaking examinations in an online format. This may not apply to in-person examinations. 

How do I access it

  1. Complete the Online Examinations Incident Report for each paper with which you have experienced issues.
  2. This report should also be used if you have any questions about the content of the online examination itself.
  3. To report an incident that you experienced during an online examination, complete the Online Examinations Incident Report:
