This may not apply to in-person examinations.
How do I report an incident in an online examination
To report an incident that you experienced during an online examination:
- Complete the Online Examinations Incident Report Form. Submit a separate report for each examination where an issue occurred.
- This report can also be used if you have any questions about the content of the online examination.
An Online Examinations Incident Report will also need to be completed by the programme contact person for a paper when dealing with a student issue.
