If you lose your connection to the internet in the middle of your examination, you may also get disconnected from your examination in Blackboard. If this happens, you should be able to reconnect once your internet comes back online. The Blackboard test should save each question as you complete it but take a copy of the browser page (by clicking Print > Save as PDF) to retain your answers.
Once your internet access is back, your examination should automatically reconnect. If it doesn’t automatically reconnect, you may need to refresh the page.
Do not click the Submit button as this may submit your unfinished exam.
