If you have not received your digital examination after it should have been made available, contact AskOtago

If a student has not received their digital exam as a one-off incident for a Blackboard exam, contact the Examinations team for Blackboard support. If it is not a Blackboard exam, contact the department — ask a Group Leader for the departmental escalation contact details. The department will have alternative arrangements to deliver the exam as required.

If a whole cohort of students have not received their exam, advise the department as soon as possible, as well as the AskOtago Exam Coordinators. The Exams team should be informed: examinations@otago.ac.nz

AskOtago staff should also fill out an Online Examinations Incident Report detailing what has happened.
