  1. Call the Facilities Manager:

  2. If the issue is affecting laboratories, also inform the Laboratory Manager:

  4. For issues in the Main Building at 2 Riccarton Ave, trade-specific emergency numbers are located on the yellow sheet in the lift foyers. If unsure, call the Facilities Manager:

For non-urgent maintenance requests:

  1. Staff should contact your Administrator, Divisional Services & Adminstration, who will assist  by logging a request on your behalf.
