In the loan laptop package you received, you should find a laptop, necessary cables, and instructions for setting up Windows on the laptop.

Keep the laptop packaging for when you need to return it.

You will be contacted to arrange its return but get in touch with AskOtago if:

  • You wish to return it sooner
  • Anything is missing from the package
  • You have problems setting up the laptop
  • You can't connect to the internet

Quick troubleshooting tip:

  1. Go to the Dell website
  2. Click on Support > Support Home.
  3. Enter the laptop's Service Tag (e.g. 1L2H163).

This will look up the laptop to check if there are any issues/drivers missing.
