How do I apply for Pre-Christmas Summer School
Students
If you are a current student and Paper Selection for the following year has not yet opened:
- Log in to eVision.
- Select Change of Course under the Programmes and papers section.
- Apply for Pre-Christmas Summer School.
If Paper Selection for the following year has opened, or if you are not currently enrolled:
- Contact AskOtago for assistance with enrolling in Pre-Christmas Summer School
Staff
Staff enrolling in Pre-Christmas Summer School papers are subject to usual University and programme admission requirements, including:
To enrol:
- Log in to eVision using a personal email address, not a staff email address.
- Complete the enrolment process as above.
Once the declaration is complete, the email address will change to a student email address.

9 November 2026 – Pre-Christmas Summer School 2026 commences
11 November 2026 – Last day to add Pre-Christmas Summer School papers
16 November 2026 – Last day to delete Pre-Christmas Summer School papers
4 December 2026 – Last day to withdraw from Pre-Christmas Summer School papers
11 December 2026 – Last day of Pre-Christmas Summer School classes
12 December 2026 – Pre-Christmas Summer School examinations
