Customer Relationship and Service Management (CRSM) is the system for managing the University's interactions and requests with students, staff, and the public.

It includes the AskOtago Service Portal, a public-facing portal where users can:

  • Find information and how-to guides
  • Live chat with support agents
  • Receive updates about their requests
  • Submit service requests
  • View service notices about outages and planned maintenance

The CRSM training site in SharePoint includes:

  • Guides for specific workflows
  • Short videos and related information on a range of generic functions used across many services

Google Chrome is the recommended web browser to use with CRSM.
