Customer Relationship and Service Management (CRSM) is the system for managing the University of Otago's interactions and requests with students, staff, and the public.
It includes the AskOtago Service Portal, a public-facing portal where users can:
- Find information and how-to guides
- Live chat with support agents
- Receive updates about their requests
- Submit service requests
- View service notices about outages and planned maintenance
The CRSM training site in SharePoint includes:
- Guides for specific workflows
- Short videos and related information on a range of generic functions used across many services
