You are welcome to place posters on any general noticeboard that isn't labelled as a specific division or University group. It is not advisable to place posters/advertisements on windows, walls, or posts on the Dunedin campus as these are likely to be removed soon after.
Otago University Students' Association (OUSA)-branded noticeboards and concrete posts are strictly for OUSA use or paid advertising through Planet Media. Contact OUSA if you have any questions about this.
There is a free noticeboard located in the OUSA Clubs and Societies building that you are welcome to use. The OUSA staff in this building will be happy to help if you have any questions.
