How do I log a maintenance request
For urgent maintenance requests:
Tel +64 3 479 8003 (Property Services Helpdesk). These are urgent and business-critical faults defined as having an impact on health and safety or business continuity, such as major roof leaks, electrical failure, major damage, or access issues.
For non-urgent maintenance requests:
- Open Fix-O-Gram
- Fill in the details of your request, including as much detail as possible.
To log a maintenance request as a staff member
- Open the Maintenance Request Online Form.
- Log in or register.
- Fill in all relevant details, including as much detail as possible and images where appropriate.
- Submit your request.
If you do not have access to the form, you may also contact your Administrator, Divisional Services & Administration, who will assist by logging a request on your behalf.
Include as much detail as possible and provide images where there is damage.
