How do I log a maintenance request

For urgent maintenance requests:

Tel +64 3 479 8003 (Property Services Helpdesk). These are urgent and business-critical faults defined as having an impact on health and safety or business continuity, such as major roof leaks, electrical failure, major damage, or access issues.

For non-urgent maintenance requests:

  1. Open Fix-O-Gram.
  2. Fill in the details of your request, including as much detail as possible.

To log a maintenance request as a staff member

  1. Open the Maintenance Request Form.
  2. Log in or register.
  3. Fill in all relevant details, including as much detail as possible and images where appropriate.
  4. Submit your request.

If you do not have access to the form, you may also contact your Administrator, Divisional Services & Administration, who will assist by logging a request on your behalf.

Include as much detail as possible and provide images where there is damage.
