Request a campus memorial

Individuals or groups with a link to the University of Otago can request a memorial tree or plaque be installed on campus at their expense.

The Campus Chaplains administer and support applications for this service.

How do I request a campus memorial

To request a campus memorial:

1. Open the Campus Memorial application form.
2. Read the Campus Memorial Policy.
3. Complete all the required fields.
4. Provide your entry for the Commemorative Register, the word limit on this is 150 words.
5. Submit the form.
