If you suspect an expected email wasn't delivered, first check if it was automatically transferred to your Junk folder in Outlook, or to Microsoft 365 Quarantine.
Be aware that you may find malicious emails (scams) in both these locations. Proceed carefully, double-checking the sender, and make sure any links are legitimate.
Check your Junk Email folder in Outlook or webmail. If you find the email and you’re sure that it's genuine, right-click on it and select Junk > Not Junk, which will move it to your Inbox.
Quarantined emails are usually malicious and can contain harmful attachments and links. But if you need to check, click on the Microsoft 365 Quarantine link:
If you find the missing email, select it and click the Release button, and the email will shortly arrive in your Inbox.
