When you have submitted a job application to the University of Otago, you will be contacted by email to acknowledge your application, arrange skill testing if appropriate, confirm interview arrangements, and inform you of the outcome of your application.

If you have not received an acknowledgement email within 24 hours, log in and check your application, or email yourcareer@otago.ac.nz for assistance.

Whānau or other support people are welcome if you are invited for an interview. You will need to email yourcareer@otago.ac.nz in advance so that suitable arrangements can be made.
