As of the end of 2024, Fees Free study is no longer available for your first year of study. From 2025, Fees Free is available to full-time and part-time students who are in their final year of their first programme of study. You will not be able to use Fees Free in both your first and final years of study.

You can determine your eligibility for Fees Free study with your National Student Number (NSN) on the Fees Free website.

How do I check my eligibility for Fees Free

To check your eligibility for Fees Free:

  2. Use your NSN to check your Fees Free eligibility on the Fees Free website.

It is important to note that the University does not determine your eligibility. If eligibility is confirmed, the University will receive an automatic notification, and you will not be required to pay tuition fees or student services fees for your final year of study.

If your Fees Free eligibility is unconfirmed, you will need to complete a statutory declaration before the University can acknowledge you as a Fees Free student.
