How do I permanently withdraw from a research Master’s

To withdraw permanently from a research master's degree:

  1. Speak with your supervisor or head of department first to discuss your options. You will need to consider how withdrawal will affect your academic record, any financial assistance you receive, and your visa if you are an international student.
  2. Log in to eVision.
  3. Apply under the Graduate Research tab.
  4. Complete a permanent withdrawal form and have it signed by your supervisor, your head of department or dean, and the pro-vice-chancellor of your division.
