Change to part-time postgraduate study

Any change to part-time/full-time status can be made after enrolment for the relevant year opens.

How do I change to part-time postgraduate study

1. Complete the Request for Change of Research Details form (PDF 315KB).
2. Provide the form to your supervisor for signatures to be collected.
3. The completed form will be submitted for processing by the pro-vice-chancellor’s delegate once the appropriate consents have been received.
4. Once processed, changes will take place from the beginning of the next semester, 1 January or 1 July.
