You can share documents in My eQuals by sending a link or the document to another organisation. You must first have an account set up with My eQuals. 

How do I share documents in My eQuals

My eQuals allows you access to share relevant documents from your account. To share documents:

  1. Log in to My eQuals.
  2. From the Documents section of your My eQuals portal, click the Share button next to the document you wish to share.
  3. Choose whether you wish to generate a link to the document/s or send them via My eQuals to a registered organisation (e.g. another university).

Log in to My eQuals

You'll also have the option of adding an access PIN and/or an expiry date.
