An enrolment status letter or statement of completed qualifications can be generated in eVision.

How do I request an enrolment status or qualifications document

To publish an enrolment status letter or statement of completed qualifications from eVision:

  1. Log in to eVision.
  2. Go to the Programmes and Papers section.
  3. Click print a statement here.
  4. Select the type of letter you wish to produce (Enrolment Status Confirmations are normally only available for the current year).
  5. Check the Publish to My eQuals box if you require this.
    • If your student email address is active – your letter or statement will be published to a new My eQuals account linked to your student email address.
    • If your student email address is no longer active – you will be asked to enter a personal email address. Click the Change button and enter the address you would like linked to your My eQuals account.
  6. Click Generate.
  7. Either click on the newly generated link to access the PDF or go to My eQuals. Emails can take up to one day to be sent from My eQuals once you have published your letter or statement.
