All students who have studied prior to December 2017 at Otago.
How do I request a digital copy of a qualification
In order to request a digital copy of your qualification certificate:
- Email: graduation@otago.ac.nz including your:
- Full name, including any middle name/s (as listed at the time you studied)
- Date of birth
- Programme of study
- Last year at the University of Otago
- Preferred email address for the confirmation email (if you've already set up a My eQuals account, please provide the email address you use to log in)
- Your certificate will be uploaded to My eQuals.
- An email will notify you that your document is ready to view, with instructions to register for My eQuals if required.
