Book a Centre for Innovation (CFI) room

There are two rooms that can be booked in the CFI:

The Board Room (maximum capacity 12 people)
The Seminar Room (maximum capacity 50 people)

Who is this available to

University of Otago account holders and external users can both book a room.

How do I access it

To book one of these rooms:

1. Review the appropriate room booking information:
   • Room booking information for internal customers—those charging to a University of Otago account code (PDF 75KB) or 
   • Room booking information for all other customers (PDF 75KB)
2. Email cfiotago@otago.ac.nz to request the room.
