How do I view my timetable in eVision
To view your timetable in eVision:
- Complete your paper selection.
- Log in to eVision.
- View your provisional timetable.
You can also view timetables using the Web Timetable Viewer
The Web Timetable Viewer is available when connected to the campus network or the University of Otago VPN.

The provisional timetable may change before it is finalised and does not include room information. Room information is added once the timetable is finalised, usually by the Friday before semester starts. You will receive an email when the finalised timetable is available. After this, you are notified if any further changes are made.
Once you receive the email confirming the timetable is finalised, you can request changes to your timetable streams. Timetable change requests are considered by, and are at the discretion of, the teaching departments for the relevant paper or papers.
To request a change, contact the teaching department for the paper directly.
