University alumni who want to update their contact details with the University's Development & Alumni Relations Office.

How do I update alumni details

To update your contact details:

  1. Open the Update your information online form.
  2. Complete the fields.
  3. Ensure you select one of the Communication preferences.
  4. Submit the form.

Changes, unsubscribe requests, or University Magazine preferences can also be emailed to: database.alumni@otago.ac.nz
Correspondence for the University of Otago Magazine can be emailed to: mag.editor@otago.ac.nz

If the alum cannot access the online form or does not want to email, they can phone +64 3 479 4516 to update instead.
