How do I reset my Ontrack (EBS) password
To reset your Ontrack password:
- Go to the Ontrack (EBS) portal.
- Click on Forgot Password? under the login section on the right-hand side.
- Enter your username in the box and click Submit.
- Check the email address you registered with for a password reset email. This may take a few minutes and may appear in your junk email folder.
- Click the Reset Password link in the email.
- Follow the prompts to set a new password.
