Reset an Ontrack password

Ontrack (EBS) is the student portal for the Pathway and English Language Centre.

How do I reset my Ontrack (EBS) password

To reset your Ontrack password:

1. Go to the Ontrack (EBS) portal.
2. Click on Forgot Password? under the login section on the right-hand side.
3. Enter your username in the box and click Submit.
4. If your username is entered correctly, an email will be sent to the email you registered with (it can take a few minutes and may end up in your Junk folder).
5. Click the Reset Password link in the email.
6. You will be taken to a page where you can set a new password.
7. Contact AskOtago if you have any issues resetting your password.
