You can cancel or change the details of a Pathway or English Language Centre programme application in the Ontrack/EBS portal.
How do I cancel a Pathway or English Language Centre application
To cancel an application for a Pathway or English Language Centre programme that you have started or submitted:
- Log in to the Ontrack portal.
- Go to Your Applications.
- Click Cancel Application next to the application you would like to cancel.
- If you have already accepted an offer for a programme and want to change the course dates or stream, email: pathways.admissions@otago.ac.nz so your portal can be reset, and you can submit a new application.
