Contact Disability Information and Support to arrange an appointment.

At your appointment, you will meet with a friendly Student Advisor to talk through any study-related challenges or concerns you may have. Together, you will develop an academic support plan that reflects your individual needs. This plan is created in partnership with you and, where helpful, in consultation with your health professional.

If you have any supporting information (such as medical certificates, discharge summaries, or assessment reports) you are encouraged to bring these along to your first appointment. If you do not have any documentation yet, you can discuss this during your appointment, and provide it at a later time.

You are welcome to bring a family member, whānau member, or support person with you. Include this information when you book your appointment, so that necessary arrangments can be made.
